What is this class?
Dan Galea’s Stand Up for Beginners is an online class that teaches you how to get started in 13 classes! By the end of the program you will have a 5 minute set which you’ll perform in front of friends and family!

Stand up fundamentals (Speaking, writing, performing)
Where do ideas come from? How to present your ideas?
How to turn your ideas into jokes.
Finding what is interesting about yourself.
Confidence, Discovery, Public speaking.

PRICE: $75 (CAD) This one day workshop will be a minimum of 2hrs and cover a range of producing tips and tricks I’ve learned over my over 20 year career Producing and doing Comedy shows and Magic shows. This will cover a lot of ground but it will merely show you what’s possible, it will be up to you to learn, practice and put the time in.

WHO IS DAN GALEA?
Dan Galea is a Toronto based comedian/writer/producer. For two years he has been teaching stand-up comedy at The world famous Comedy Bar with a program called Comedy Girl which was created by the hilarious Dawn Whitwell. Now he’s trying to bring some of that class goodness to online with a unique online course for beginners trying to get into stand up and develop their sets and voices.
